Nic, before you can really reach a goal, you have got to get a real plan. I read all of your journal entries and you are all over the place. My advice is to pick one diet,(not your own!) and stick to it. I have been doing Fat Smash and it has worked for me because I love fruit and it allows you to eat all of the fruit you want. Fruit makes for great snacks. Also, you seem to like brown rice and you can eat that on the FS too. It's good that you work out, but you have got to get focused if you really have a goal to meet.
