Been working hard watching my calorie intake. It's hard when a "drinking holiday" is upon us. But I pulled through and wasn't perfect. It's ok though, today is a new day!
257.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 117.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
