Well, atleast my chart is starting to go back down. Not too much damage considering how bad things had gone for awhile.
Yesterday, i had instant oatmeal in the morning, roast beef for dinner, then pizza on whole wheat pita , and one ham sandwhich (no mayo) (with whole wheat pita). I think it was a good day. I'm going to keep going with Phase 2 because I think that works better for me. Phase 1 was too drastic.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Phase 1 should have done it's job for you by now, you can always go back if you feel you need drastic measures. It looks like you are doing really well, keep it up!
