Well, atleast my chart is starting to go back down. Not too much damage considering how bad things had gone for awhile. Yesterday, i had instant oatmeal in the morning, roast beef for dinner, then pizza on whole wheat pita , and one ham sandwhich (no mayo) (with whole wheat pita). I think it was a good day. I'm going to keep going with Phase 2 because I think that works better for me. Phase 1 was too drastic.
