Yea it's strange how our bodies work. You can actually eat more healthy foods and lose compared to eating sugary carb foods where you see a gain. WHAT we eat can be as important as HOW MUCH.

Are you on a specific diet, or just counting calories?

I gave up the actual counting of calories, having done it for so long I have a pretty rough idea what my intake is (1800-2200) per day, I try to just eat real food and more veggies and fruits. occasionally I will indulge myself in a small bag of kettle cooked chips or some hershy kisses to satiate the sweet/salt tooth. I have brought my water consumption up doing generally in the 160oz a day range

Maybe because you are more active, without you realizing it!

All of those are good changes--real food, more water, and small treats now and then keep you from bingeing! Go YOU!

As Suzi says...you can eat more healthier foods and lose weight. Low Carb High Fat diet in general does not count calories. 160oz of water a day is a lot, I would look out for any cramps due to low electrolytes (water flushing them out).
