So I know I'm being boring by weigh-in everyday for this week but my short term goal was for this week to be at least a kg or more down to fit into a dress and also i have a busy eating day tomorrow . so even if i gain all that I have lost this week, over the weekend that will be fine as long as I fit into that dress tomorrow evening :-)
