Made it through week 1 of "I Can Run a 5k" just fine. Probably will do the same with week 2 with the same encouragement (pressure) from my daughter. Not sure how week 3 will go with the increased amount of running:-( Same weight - but that is okay at this time - I am trying to get back into the exercising mode.
