Need to regularly do 5/2 fasting and 3 times/week work out badly!! :D

I have done it (losing weight) and I CAN do it again ! Yes I CAN.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
