It's so gorgeous outside, I think we're going to go to the beach!

Breakfast: two scrambled eggs, with onions, green pepper, and colby cheese. Coffee w/ half & half, splenda.

Snack: Sugar Free Red bull, garden salad w/ vinaigrette dressing (the salad spritzers kind, I love that stuff)

Lunch: Ground turkey burger w/ salsa

Snack: celery w/ natural peanut butter

Dinner: Chicken stir fry
160.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
