I susck at this.
190.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Don't get discouraged. It's a long haul, and each day you get a free re-set. You can do it! That's why we're here to cheer you on. We are all going through that same struggle. It's real. Don't beat yourself up :)

Don't get discouraged! Evaluate your program. Do you need to eat less? Exercise mor? Change your eating plan? We are all here for you and there are many tools on this site to help you figure it all out! don't give up!! ;)
