I've been away from this site for a while. It's not that I don't see the reminders, I think it has to do with wanting to be OK with my weight. I still want to lose more but at a different pace. What does that mean? Well, I've tried Atkins and that was great until I was in phase 2. It was if my body was CRAVING all the wrong things. It was difficult to fight that urge, which rarely happens to me. It was weird. So now I am becoming calorie conscious, exercise more (just found new activities on the Wii), and striving to get 7 hours of sleep. I will cook a few Atkins recipes but not following as strictly as before. In the end, life is good!
