body fat 34.5% water 46.8%

this is so depressing. I'm so stressed out and just can't seem to lose any weight. I've got a dress to fit in in a month.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exercise is great for stress.

Have you cut out starches, and sugar? That helped me lose about thirty pounds. No breads or anything of that food group.

Document every calorie and keep cals lower that you usually eat and you will lose.
