The sweet tooth is my greatest enemy right now. I'm forever craving biscuits or bread with Jam and peanut butter. Aaand, the craving usually gets the best of me and I just give in.
227.7 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 August 2015:

Stay with it...the cravings can go away if you stay off the bread and biscuits for a couple days in a row.

Or you can plan this treat - work it into your daily plan or at least once a week. Cut down somewhere else or add some exercise to compensate. I find as long as I plan my treats they don't harm me.

As long as you plan it, track it and stay within your calorie target you should be fine. Just be mindful of your cravings so they don't trigger overeating.

eat more fat,, you wont crave sugar

Eat the peanuts. Good fats. Reasonable protein and carbs. I'm the same. I get the cravings from the fast sugars like biscuits and bread and jam. I try to avoid those unless it's last thing in the day.

when I feel a craving I just go and have a tablespoon of macadamia nut butter and it sorts me out!
