Well I still have not lost any more weight. I went again to the gym today. Hmmm... I don't like plateaus. :)

260.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb. Still to go: 20.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! It's so hot over here I couldn't even think about going to the gym. I think it hit 106 degrees today. Good for you for going to work out! Keep up the good work!
