I took a week off from stepping on the scale. I have to say that I was more relaxed and not so anxious. I went back to my old exercise routine, I enjoyed that. This week I plan to do the same. I also took my measurements and I shrunk a little All over.👍😁💪
154.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That’s a great idea. We shouldn’t let the scale define us. Weight tends to fluctuate & decrease for no rhyme or reason.

I even enjoyed a couple of ice cold beers on Friday. It felt good not having to focus so much on my weight. I told myself that It was ok to enjoy life.
