I had a good workout with the trainer yesterday; I only had to pause three times due to tachycardia. My appetite is still flagging, making it difficult to get the needed protein. But at least I am losing weight and appear to still be gaining muscle.

I would love to break the 190 mark; it would be the first time I had been at that weight since my late 20s.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll get there because you want it and you're consistent. It may just take a little longer. No worries... stay the course.
