I managed to shake off some weight - thank you pole dancing!
I did realise however that I am eating too little for so much exercise and I was losing my muscle as fast as I could build it!
I am trying to focus on sufficient calories and good balance of macronutrients (ie: Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat).
