That's interesting. Are you under any stress or did you change anything? Do the books say anything about this? My morning glucose seems to be around 95-110. I don't take regularly though.

I ate my burger at 6ish p.m. which is late for me. I typically eat around 2 to 3 p.m. Plus, my serving is typically 113 grams and yesterday it was 166 grams. Oh! I forgot...I went to a luncheon, and they had prepared chicken especially for me because they knew that I was only eating meat. I had told them beforehand that I wasn't going to eat, but just visit. It was so thoughtful of them, that I felt bad not taking a bite. It had a cacciatore sauce on it, but they washed it off for me. So, I felt obliged. I took a few small bites and moved the rest of it around my plate. Other than that, nothing else changed that I can recall. My morning glucose seems to hover in the mid-80's to mid-90's. I have been out all day, so I haven't had an opportunity to do any research on the subject, but I just got home, so I think I'll take you up on your suggestion and look into the subject. Thanks!
