this is excellent. the things I put my body through lately... this is the last day of my 1 week vacation and I barely gained a breath of air. 1- buffet 2- ordering double decker deluxe burger 3- making food at home / having more than a reasonable amount of what I made 3- deserts

my body clearly really wants to either lose weight or stay the same. that's what regular exercise is for! :) will go in pool at some point today.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
