Even though I stopped my weight loss medication, which was very difficult because it’s highly addictive. I kicked it and I’m still losing weight. Started on this journey to try to heal from binging disorder because of the way my anorexia bulimia manifested itself and I certainly have done that and I feel great. I’m now a vegan, got my connectivetissue disease diagnosed and got off of the painkillers , and have a far better understanding than I ever did about what my body needs to feel good. so even though I’ve just about met my goal, I want to talk about how much more I’ve gained other than just losing these pounds. Thank you!🙌♥️

terrific work!! I didnt know this!!! which one is addictive?? my aunt is taking one of them.
congratulations on figuring out your diagnosis! its empowering to understand and work with that understanding. i sympathize wuth the disordered eating. i struggled how you did with ana/bulemia and now binge eating. My therapist recommended a workbook, The Glow Approach by dr lyn schroyer and WOW that helped alot!!

There is sooooo much good vegan food! Glad it's working for you. Going near-vegan has worked well for me, and my husband loves the meals I fix. Does take a little longer in the kitchen to do it right (you can totally be a junk/processed food vegan these days), but well worth it. Congrats! 😃
