No change in weight, just glad I didn't gain. 😁 Took the weekend off from working out. Back to it tomorrow. I also figured out my macros and will start following that a lot more. I want to build muscle 💪
154.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
