Welp, that's the official post-cleanse weight. Down 5.8 pounds of sludge and excess water in 7 days, not too shabby! Ironically, I got up super early to run today (actually I kneed my husband in the back when I was sleeping and it woke me up as well) and the second I finished getting dressed....DOWNPOUR! So, spin biking instead....hoping to get a run in tonight sometime but my cousins are in town for a concert so I'll probably meet them for dinner. We shall see, happy Thursday!

I'm not sure if you said before, but what did you do/use for your cleanse? I am doing another one soon too and I am always looking for new "methods"

So in the morning I have a big glass of water RIGHT when I wake up+probiotic, followed by another on my way to work (or usually coffee-these two glasses set my tone for the day)...then I make myself a protein shake with almond milk and add 3 teaspoons of flavorless fiber...fruit or Greek yogurt snack +2 more glasses of water/Mio in between that and lunch...salad for lunch...veggie/fruit or Greek yogurt snack before dinner+1 more glass of water...lean protein +veggies for dinner+glass of water...big glass of cranberry juice and a detox tablet before bed...you'll go potty a lot...I usually end up around 100oz of liquids a day and about 50 grams of fiber...OR you could look up someone who sells AdvoCare and get their 10 day cleanse...I used to sell AdvoCare and this is a very similar regimen, I just had the stuff separately so I made my own this time

Sounds good. Mine consisted of water when waking up just as you said, then protein smoothie, a green smoothie, lean protein and veggies for lunch, then another green smoothie and a protein smoothie for dinner with lots of water throughout. I usually flavor my water with different frozen and/or fresh fruits and mint. My favorite combo has been peach, lemon, strawberry and most recently orange, blueberry mint. I am starting mine again either tomorrow or Wednesday, but I am going to switch the meal to dinner instead of lunch because my daughter is visiting for a few weeks and I figure if I have to feed her, I might as well eat too, even though she is 20 and can cook for herself HA! And you are not kidding about the bathroom, as a matter of fact, let me just get off of here and go right now :-).
