I did a whole lot of things wrong.
--2 parties. Lots of drinking. --McDonalds --Panera --Pizza --jalapeno & cream cheese poppers
That's a few. I kept portions in control for the most part but was still rather excessive.
It could have been a lot worse. So, I am glad I can mess up now and again and it won't necessarily have awful consequences as long as in the back of my mind I am thinking about what I am doing and control it to some degree.
I hope that next week I'm back to LOSING weight.
