So happy with this!! I’ve been working so hard! I chose to only weigh in once a month due to having a former Ed when I was younger and don’t want to obsess over the scale! I’m proud that I lost weight the right way! 💕
187.4 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
