I went out for lunch yesterday and the rest of the day I felt hungry. I couldn't satisfy it. But I was careful not to over eat. Today I feel better. Got my home gym completed.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
