Yesterday TMAD (Three Meals A Day) Net Carbs 90 Waist  40 ins (M) 121 mg/dl. 6 miles walking.  30 minutes weight lifting machines. 30 minutes swimming. Looking for a bike.   I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
