Not the most productive week with having no power, water, and phones due to the storms here so I couldn't keep up with my normal routine but a loss is a loss even if it's only 200 grams
191.8 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 81.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
