Unfortunately, I have gained all the weight I lost and then some. I'm starting again and pray that i will lose it and keep it off. I hnow my weakness is the late night eating and i hope to find a solution to that soon. Wish me Luck!

If you like eating at night,then plan your day around it. Eat a light breakfast and lunch. Maybe plan some things that you enjoy eating at night. If you stay within a certain caloric range, it shouldn't hurt your weight loss.
