So I've finished my 40 day round, have nearly completed 72 hours without drops on VLCD. I get to have a normal tea tonight!! So excited about that!!! Roast Chicken, Roasted cauliflower, mashed cauli, roasted broccoli, cabbage and lots of Ghee!! Few new recipes up on the blog now too. P3 tomorrow all day... 1900 calories here I come!! Scary but I'm going to try like anything to stablise!!
