I feel so great even on day 3! I have wanted to binge so bad, a few times, but I stayed focused and pushed through. My legs are starting to feel better just from walking for 2 days. Detoxing from really bad things and eating non-stop, eating between the hours of 5-7 and fasted the others is helping so much. I do not feel as bloated today and that feels so great and knowing it is only going to get better!!! I know the 8 ls down is a lot of water, but I am excited to see what it will be on Monday morning!
