Fat is still coming off 8), Muscle is visibly building.
When I told someone my age (49) yesterday after they asked, they looked stunned and said I thought you were in your late 30s at most. I don't require the validation of others, but it does feel nice from time to time.
The excess skin is dysmorphia-inducing, though. I hate looking at it even if others say it is fine or a trophy to show the battle fought. I don't like the way it feels and hangs there. Does anyone know nonsurgical ways to reduce/tone it up?
