I am going to keep track of my food again, I had stopped because the doctor had said you don't have to. I have gained a few pounds, but I know it is easily lost as long as i know what i am eating and keeping track. I am riding my bike almost everyday and working out at the gym a few times a week.

Tracking my food really helps me keep on track & hold myself accountable. If it works for you, it works for you; no matter what the doctor says. Good luck.

Tracking is extremely important to successful weight loss. Just goes to show you that doctors know medicine, but may not know a lot about nutrition and weight loss. Do what works for you!
