Wow.. I can't believe I am still at this weight!! And no matter how madI seem to get at myself for not changing it I still continue to eat and do things that keep me imprisoned at this weight. i NEED to make a permanent and positive change in my life!! I am so tired of being FAT!!
278.0 lb Lost so far: 21.9 lb.    Still to go: 133.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I Know how you feel. I have about the same amount of weight to lose. I have struggled with being overweight around 20 years. It is hard to change habits that have been going on for that long. Do you have accountability? That is one of the things that is helping me to stay on track. I also have a goal to lose 4 pounds by sept. with a friend of mine. That has really inspired me to keep going. We have a long road ahead of us. This weight is not going to come off over night. I have to remind myself that a lot. I see you are on your own diet, what are you doing?

Trying to stay at or around 1500 calories a day, low sugar and low fat. My endurance coach would love it if I went to the 80/10/10 diet which is 80% carb(all fruit), 10% protein, 10% fat.. and for me to give up all animal protein.. but I don't see myself doing that.. although I have increased my fruit intake and decreased my meat intake.. Right now I have goals to focus on water intake, daily exercise, and 4-6 regular small meals.. about 300 to 400 calories each.. when i stick to it, it keeps cravings for bad stuff down or away completely. How about you?
