I am smelling my Egg White Bread cooking in my oven and plan on making butter mayonnaise later today so I can enjoy my usual foods of egg salad & tuna salad. I still haven't gotten enough nerve yet to try the water packed sardines even though I know they are good on the Carnivore diet in that they bring in the necessary omega 3's. One day....lol Tonight's dinner will be 5 chicken legs cooking in my air fryer. I also got some idea's from Ketogenic Woman's you tube to trigger the creative juices of making items & prep work for this diet. Upwards & Onwards!!
