Time off now and enjoying some holiday keleche cookies but focusing on a weekly 6 point system. Skipping 6 meals a week, either consecutively or as I choose. The goal is to give the digestive system a break so sometimes a meal might be substituted with a healthy smoothie. Goal is to get down below 200 lbs. by Easter. Exercise is tough due to joint pain.
