Let’s start this journey again before it gets way out of hand. Christmas is a time of year we celebrate for various reasons and often over indulge on high sugar high fat foods and before you know it our health begins to deteriorate. This Christmas I’ll do it for someone special. Me. I don’t want to be hitting 95kg in the new year. This Christmas I will not be led into temptation but be delivered from evil. The head is sorted to ignore all the fluffy stuff around the goodness on offer. We just have to look for it underneath the glossary spirit of this time of year.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
