Too much stress lately. Can't be bothered to eat, averaging 800 cal/day. I know I'm going to pay for it in gaining lbs when I get my appetite back. I guess I deal with it then when it happens! 🤷
221.6 lb Lost so far: 27.9 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
