This app helps ALOT! I've been keeping my calories at around 1200 a day, my carb intake no higher than 140g per day and fat no higher than 40g per day. Its been working well for me up to now. My job is quite physical and I use my exercise bike maybe twice a week for an hour at a time. I think everyone is different but I'm sure you'll work out what's best for you! People on here are an amazing support 🩷

I am trying for 1200 too the calorie counting is kinda new to me as for carbs, what's a good daily intake I love my exercise bike and morning yoga just need more discipline 🙌 😅

I think carbs is recommended at 100-150g per day but just focus on the calories. Thank you ❤️
