New to this app. Can someone please tell me how to upload a picture to the forum and what's RDI?

Pictures are tricky you typically add them when you add your meals under the diary section. When you load your meals they'll be a small photo section that will appear that you can tap the photo either take the picture or you can hit the real button that'll be on the bottom left and add one from your hard drive of your phone or computer. Many people use photocoposition apps to make their photos look more neat and add multiple photos together so that they can add multiple photos at one time to this section when they add their meal.
