All I can think of is muscle gain for this increase in weight. Gotta be patient. 🤷‍♀️
139.3 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The scale can be very deceiving sometimes. Track progress through mental well being and stay consistent the results will come!

Hi OperationRecovery! Yeah, you are right. The scale might say I "gain" weight, but the truth is I feel good inside, and I can see how my body is looking better on the outside too. That's what matters. Have a good day!
