So far the intermittent fasting seems to be working. Been eating a lot less while I recover from some injuries. Feeling much better when it comes to food as well. Hopefully, I can get back to my WOE and lose the weight that I gained last month. Also, hoping my body feels better and I can start working out again in a week or two. I guess now that I’m getting older, I have to start taking things easier to avoid getting injured all the time.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
