Weight gain from the interstate fair yesterday, and I can literally feel the effects of the 1800kcals of what I ate and drank. Achy joints from the sugar and swelling from salt. I really wanted fair food, but now I think I would have been better off not eating at all, especially because I wasn't truly hungry.

Sometimes I enjoy the experience of the foods I realize aren’t really a treat. I love the taste of food and I identify as a vegan 🌱 health foodie.
I realize that the food I eat must taste 👅 yummy, digest well and burn 🔥 clean.
I am quickly identifying the foods I crave that I realize my doesn’t crave. I say, you needed to experiment.
When you are ready, you won’t want those foods anymore and they won’t even tempt you. Be patient with your process. Life changes, you can keep for a lifetime, take as much time as they take. 💗
