Does anyone have any breakfast recs? Something simple and quick :) Thankya!
159.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

My go to is overnight oats. High in protein. Can make 4 at a time.

I love overnight oats!!! Egg salad on toast is a fast yummy breakfast too.😁
