2072 kcal Fat: 161.62g | Prot: 105.78g | Carb: 58.05g.   Breakfast: Tea (Brewed, Decaffeinated), butter, Whipped Cream Cheese, radish, egg. Lunch: mozzarella, bacon, subway ranch dressing, Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Salad. Dinner: marie's yogurt ranch, onion, bell pepper, celery, mixed salad,  cauliflower, swiss chard, flank steak. Snacks/Other: Peanuts, atkins blueberry almond. more...
