I was hungry and stomach growling even before my workout. So I ate a small breakfast and had an appetite most of the day. I suppose it's from caloric depletion between 30 minute circuits and HIITS and averaging 1,000kcals per day.
228.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 98.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
