The Fat Secret high protein low carb plan appeared to still have too many carbs and not enough protein, so I'm following their modified Keto plan to ensure that I get >100Gms of protein and <100 carbs per day.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 July 2023:
1515 kcal Fat: 76.70g | Prot: 119.27g | Carb: 89.56g.   Breakfast: Dole Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice, Smithfield Thick Cut Bacon. Elevenses: Cottage Cheese, Egg. Lunch: Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus, Bell Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Culinary Circle Parmesan Jalapeno Artichoke Dip, Kirkland Signature Smoked Salmon. Tea: Gala Apples, Almonds. Dinner: Rosarita Refried Beans, Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Black Olives, Tillamook Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Ground Turkey (Cooked), Red Salsa, Mission Pork Rinds. Snacks/Other: Wilde Protein Chips, Melaleuca Splash H2O. more...

Many of us here need to go even lower on the carbs. Experiment and see what works for you. Go for it!

Thank you Erika. I appreciate sharing this journey with others who have struggled like me, and see what they're doing because I'm adapting much of it into my life as well, like 18:8 Hr fasting.
