That's a great feeling, to feel smaller!!! Are you measuring yourself? That's what helps me when the number is slow to move but I know I'm losing mass.

Thanks Wisco Soul! That's one thing I need to buy, a measuring tape! I took a photo wearing my bikini from 25+ years ago as a before photo and I took another one yesterday. I showed it to my 16 year old son who always cracks jokes about my weight and even he said he can see a difference with my belly size! 🤣 Coming from him, that's a big deal to get a compliment instead of a joke. I will measure soon! 😁 Being only 4'11" I know it will take more weight loss to notice.
