Well, I didn't lose any weight, but I didn't gain any either. I'll take this as a good thing, as the worst part of trying to lose weight (for me) has been when I lose a pound or two one week and gain it/them back the next. So, holding steady is a good thing.
Hopefully I will lose a bit next week :)
