I dont get it!! I exercised this week....and ....stayed within calories....and under 200 carbs a day. So...not only did I not lose 2lbs like I should have...I gained almost 2 lbs. So...the way I see it....I am almost 4lbs heavier today than I should be. Frustrated to say the least!!
