Hello again! Here are a couple of healthy choices I enjoy that I didn’t know about before joining FatSecret: 1. No-frills chia pudding. Easy to make and flavor with cinnamon, cardamom, etc., sweetener of choice and fresh fruit. I use 1% milk but can substitute if desired. (4T seeds to 1 c. milk). Great source of fiber and feels like a dessert treat! 2. Shirataki noodles with zero calories (shoutout to Kellagh, wherever you are!). Find in the grocery store near the refrigerated tofu. Different texture than pasta but enjoyable in its own way. https://www.thespruceeats.com/what-are-shirataki-noodles-5213802
