Went over in cals trying trying to get my protein up (the truth is, I ate a slice of white bread and a chocolate crackle late at night....and 40ml of gin 🥴. Why would my partner tempt me like that?!)
125.9 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
